Wow!

Has it really been a whole year since we updated this blog? Time has flown by but most of you have stayed up-to-date with what's happening with us through Mel's personal blog and via emails. We apologise for not keeping up with blogging very well. We are making changes and hope to be better bloggers in the future!

Most of you have heard our good news by now. On Sunday, November 8, our little girl, Evelyn Ayalguu was born. She and Melanie are both doing great and we are so happy that God has blessed us with such an easy birth as well as a beautiful baby girl. Be looking for a new and updated family picture soon!

This past Sunday marked the 5th week of no Sunday church service for us and many other churches in the country. The government, because of the spread of the H1N1 virus has issued a quarantine that has prohibited gathering together in large groups. Schools were out for about 4 weeks and even now, only the older grades have been allowed back to school. The ban should be lifted tomorrow and we are very happy about that! Although we have been meeting in smaller cell groups during the time of quarantine, we so miss gathering with our brothers and sisters in Christ to worship together on Sundays.

We love you all and pray for you that God's blessings will overflow in your hearts and homes this holiday season. Please keep our family's health and safety in your prayers during the cold, Mongolian winter.

Please stay tuned; there's more to come!
